I had a maternity session with this little lady's mummy a couple of weeks ago - and the timing couldn't have been better since baby Chloe decided to make her appearance three days after the shoot! Deliciously chubby and incredibly cute, Chloe was wide awake for a lot of her session and snoozed prettily in between. It was hard to narrow down favourites, but here are my picks!
19 month old Evie is to be a big sister in the new year, so she and her parents enjoyed their photo session as a family of three before the new baby arrives. It was a grey and wet afternoon, but we braved the mud and puddles and went for an outdoor shoot. In typical toddler fashion, Evie enjoyed collecting fallen leaves and playing with sticks. Her colourful outfit and red wellies certainly brightened up the drizzle!
3 month old Samuel wasn't feeling too well on the day of his photoshoot, and sadly we had to cut the session short before we'd gotten the amount of images I would have liked. You'll be seeing more of this little one and his gorgeous blue eyes at his reshoot when he's feeling a little better, but for now here are the few that we managed to grab on the odd moment he was feeling somewhat contented.. or sleeping! He even managed to give a couple of little smiles..
Karen's little bundle is due in just one week, and she's doing fabulously. Not a complaint in sight, and she can still reach her toenails to paint them - an achievement any woman that has ever been heavily pregnant can understand! For Karen's session we took advantage of the pretty autumn colours outside as well as taking some shots indoors. I'm looking forward to returning in a few weeks for her newborn's first photo shoot!
